When it comes to milk, we are completely in our element. For more than 50 years, we have been passionate farmers across various European countries, and since 1991 here in Mecklenburg as well. From the very beginning, we have been committed to modern, responsible dairy farming, using new ideas and methods in harmony with people, animals, and nature. We are a family-owned farm with short supply chains, where every team member feels at home and where we value learning together and from one another.
We are often asked, “Why are your barns so quiet?“ The answer is simple: we use robots. But more importantly, our Jersey cows feel very comfortable. They spend a lot of time outdoors, relaxing and playing with their companions. When they wish to be milked, they can freely choose one of our milking robots at any time – we don’t force a schedule on them. And when they are hungry, they are fed excellent feed that we grow ourselves.

Our farm shop
From juicy meat to refreshing ice cream, our organic-certified farm shop has been offering you many delicacies from our Jersey cows since 2020. You will find beef fillets, salami, homemade sausage and cheese as well as ice cream made from our excellent organic milk (and much more!).
