All the best comes from Koepon

Since 2020, our organic-certified farm shop has been offering a wide range of delicacies from our Jersey cows. Here, you will find beef fillets, salami, homemade sausages, cheese, and ice cream made from our excellent organic milk – and much more!

Around 70% of our products are produced by Koepon. The remaining products are carefully selected from local partners, including game from nearby forests, as well as regional specialties such as jams, juices, and spices.
